Box Office Information
Advance tickets can be reserved online. Tickets may be purchased at The Pavillion Box Office, upon availability. The seasonal hours of the Box Office are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on event days through intermission.
Payment Accepted

Most major credit cards are accepted for tickets purchased by phone through Ticketmaster. When purchasing tickets at The Pavilion Box Office, American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, VISA®, and cash are accepted.

Online purchases accept all major credit cards.

Will Call

The day of the event, the main box office, will be open starting at noon until the show begins to pick up your tickets. Please bring a valid photo ID.

The Pavillion is located off of Lake Robbins Drive..
From Downtown Houston, Take Interstate 45 or the Hardy Toll Road north. Exit Woodlands Parkway. Follow the signs to The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

No outside food or drinks are allowed in the Pavillion. Concessions will be available inside the arena. 
The reselling of tickets at any time on the grounds of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is not permitted.
