Who We Are

Ticket Servant, a nonprofit organization, is an outreach of the ministry of KSBJ in Houston, Texas. Formed in 1999, Ticket Servant was created to provide exceptional ticketing services to other nonprofit entities, such as radio stations, churches, and school districts, making it easier for these organizations to concentrate on the production and promotion of their events. Ticket Servant's main clients include Christian radio stations, KSBJ and NGEN in Houston, Texas.

As a nonprofit ticketing company, Ticket Servant strives to keep ticketing fees as low as possible, charging only enough to cover the cost of operations and nothing more. The majority of the ticket price goes towards the tours, promoters and venues - all the pieces that go into creating a great experience for our customers. The valuable service we provide to customers and clients alike, relies on ticket fees to pay for the costs associated with our service: website, ticketing hardware and software, customer support, credit card processing services, merchant fees, labor and more; all the behind the scenes pieces that make the customer’s purchasing experience as smooth and efficient as possible.

Above all, from the day a ticket is purchased to the day of the show, we hope our clients and customers feel the love of Jesus in every interaction they have with the Ticket Servant team.

MISSION STATEMENT

We combine ministry and ticketing services together to create an easy to understand and welcoming experience for each customer and provide superior event support and representation to our clients.

CORE VALUES

We’re Passionate for Christ

Think about what we have in Christ: the encouragement he has brought us, the comfort of his love, our sharing in his Spirit, and the mercy and kindness he has shown us. If you enjoy these blessings, then do what will make my joy complete. Philippians 2:1-2 (ERV)

We Love People

Agree with each other, and show your love for each other. Philippians 2:2 (ERV)

Together, We’re Better

Be united in your goals and in the way you think. In whatever you do, don’t let selfishness or pride be your guide. Be humble, and honor others more than yourselves. Don’t be interested only in your own life, but care about the lives of others too. Philippians 2:2-4 (ERV)

We Serve Others

In your life together, think the way Christ Jesus thought. He was like God in every way, but he did not think that his being equal with God was something to use for his own benefit. Instead, he gave up everything, even his place with God. He accepted the role of a servant, appearing in human form. During his life as a man, he humbled himself by being fully obedient to God, even when that caused his death—death on a cross. So God raised him up to the most important place and gave him the name that is greater than any other name. God did this so that every person will bow down to honor the name of Jesus. Everyone in heaven, on earth, and under the earth will bow. They will all confess, "Jesus Christ is Lord," and this will bring glory to God the Father. Philippians 2:5-11 (ERV)
